Register Your Organization
Register your organization for the 2009-2010 academic year. Organizations may use this option to view guidelines, policies and procedures involved with organization registration. Please note that you will be required to log in using Cornell's Web Authentication program in order to register an organization.
Update Your Organization's Information
Only use this option if you've already registered your organization for the current academic year (2009-2010). You may also use this link to upload your constitution/bylaws if you weren't able to complete the process during registration. Please note that you CAN NOT use this option to update information from last year.
Search Organizations
Search for an organization registered with the Student Activities Office for the 2009-2010 academic year. You may also use this link to search organizations registered in 2008-2009.
Web Space
Your organization must be completely registered for the 2009-2010 academic year before you may apply for web space (please use link above to do so). Once you have completed your registration, you may apply for web space. Note that you will need your organization's password in order to apply for webspace.

Register an event
Use Cornell University's On-Line Use of University Property Form (UUP) to register an event. You need to fill out a UUP if you can answer “yes” to any of the following questions:
Will there be food at your event?
Will there be alcohol at your event?
Will money be collected at your event?
Could there be more than 200 people at your event?
