B.O.S.S. (Building Ourselves through Sisterhood and Service)

S.W.A.G. (Scholars Working Ambitiously to Graduate)

S.W.A.G. is a mentorship program geared towards increasing retention and graduation rates among Black and Latinx men at Cornell University. We achieve this goal through academic enrichment, professional development, and community building.
