Please note, the following documents are in adobe acrobat format. If you do not have adobe acrobat, please download the plug-in to view these documents.

The following forms must be completed and sent to Off-Campus Housing Office in order to have your listing placed in the Off Campus Housing database. Please select which form is appropriate for your desired listing.

 

Fees for the service:

  • New listings $15.00 for thirty (30) days.
  • Renewals are $5.00 for another thirty (30) days.(must be consecutive)

We take credit card, cash or checks. Cornell students can list for free but must have current student Net ID. ALL payments are non-refundable.

**Please Note**

ALL listings, within the City of Ithaca, must have a Current Certificate of Compliance with the City of Ithaca Building Department. (listing fees are non-refundable)
