When moving in and out of your apartment it is important to inspect the property for any damages.
MOVING IN - Upon moving in photos should be taken of each room. This is evidence of the condition of the apartment that you are accepting.
MOVING OUT – When moving out photos should also be taken and a walk through of your apartment should be done with the landlord or landlord representative.
